We offer a variety of 50 and 55 minute mat work classes with our 50 minute classes being offered over the lunch time period to give you a few minutes to get back to the office!
Mat Essentials - This class is suitable for those new to pilates or for those who may need a gentler class due to injury.
Mat Mixed - This class is suitable for all levels as instructors will give options to modify movements to make them more or less challenging so everyone can get a great workout.
Mat Strength - This class builds on the essential level exercises to further challenge your strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.
Pilates Stretch - This class combines pilates with flexibility training to help improve your core strength as well as to provide a more intensive stretching experience than a traditional pilates class.
