Private Classes and Corporate Events

Let us help you organize a FUN and UNIQUE event for your staff! Pilates is something anybody can do, no matter what their fitness level which makes it both accessible and suitable for corporate team building events. We can offer small group Reformer or Mat Work classes for up to 7 people, stretching sessions and more. 

Group classes are also great for wedding parties, girls trips, family holidays, corporate events, fundraising events or any other social occasion. 

Online Sessions

We offer online Pilates private, partner and group sessions.
