Marcia Milgate

After living in Cayman for nearly 30 years, Marcia discovered Pilates soon after arriving on the island and has been passionate about it ever since. With a lifelong background in competitive sport and running, she understands firsthand the challenges of injury, recovery and returning to the activities you love. Following two hip surgeries, she found the ideal balance through Pilates, strength training and staying active.

In 2018, Marcia completed her BASI Global Comprehensive Certification, along with BASI Injuries & Pathologies and Pre/Postnatal Movement through Pilates. Her own rehabilitation journey gives her a unique understanding of working with clients recovering from injury or managing pain.

Marcia believes Pilates is a practical tool for building strength, improving mobility and moving with confidence at every stage of life. Her goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger and continue doing the things they love for years to come.
