Rehab, Prehab & Neuro Pilates

Our private rehab, prehab and neuro Pilates sessions provide individualized exercise for people recovering from surgery or injury, managing a neurological condition, or experiencing changes in strength, balance and mobility.

Sessions are adapted to your current abilities, with a focus on helping you move safely and confidently. When appropriate, Pilates can also complement the care provided by your physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.

Coordination between the shoulder, arm and trunk

Confidence with reaching, lifting and everyday activities

Exercises are carefully selected and progressed according to your stage of recovery, comfort and any guidance provided by your surgeon or physiotherapist.

Strength around the hip, knee and core

Joint mobility and flexibility

Balance and stability

More balanced and efficient movement patterns

Arthritis & Osteoporosis

Maintaining comfortable joint mobility

Improving posture, balance and coordination

Supporting everyday activities such as lifting, walking and climbing stairs

Learning safe and effective ways to move

For clients with osteoporosis, exercises are carefully selected to support bone health while avoiding movements that may be unsuitable for the spine or other vulnerable areas.

Lower-body and core strength

Stability and postural control

Coordination and reaction skills

Confidence when standing, walking and changing direction

Strategies for moving more safely in daily life
