Private training gives you the opportunity to work one-to-one with an instructor, with sessions designed around your body, experience, goals and schedule. Whether you want to get stronger, improve your Pilates practice, return to exercise after time away or need a more individual approach, your sessions can evolve with you.
You don't need an injury or specific concern to benefit from private training. Many of our clients simply prefer the individual attention, variety and flexibility it provides.
Private training may be a good fit for you:
What can private training include?
Your sessions aren't limited to one piece of equipment or a set routine. Depending on your goals, your instructor may use the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and other equipment to create a varied and progressive programme.
Looking for more specialised support?
If you're managing an injury, neurological condition, osteoporosis, arthritis, balance concerns or returning to exercise following surgery or physiotherapy, private training allows us to take a more individual approach.
Where appropriate, we're happy to work alongside recommendations from your physiotherapist or healthcare provider.
Prefer to train together?
Partner and Trio sessions offer many of the benefits of private training while allowing you to exercise with a spouse, friend or family member. Sessions are still instructor-led and tailored to the group, making them a good option for people with similar goals or who simply enjoy training together.
New to Pilates?
Private training is also a great way to start. Our Quick Start Private or Partner option introduces you to the equipment and fundamental movements at your own pace before you decide whether you'd like to continue privately, join group classes or combine the two.
