You're in the right place. You don't need to be flexible, fit or familiar with the equipment to get started. We'll help you learn the basics and find the best starting point for you.
Intro to the Reformer - A simple first step if you'd like to try Pilates in a group setting. Learn the basic Reformer movements, how the equipment works and what to expect in our regular classes. No previous Pilates experience needed.
Reformer 101 Series - Best if you'd like a little more time to learn. Our three-week beginner series gives you the chance to build confidence with the Reformer progressively before joining regular classes.
Quick Start Private or Partner - Best if you'd prefer more individual attention. Start with a private or partner session where we can get to know you, introduce the equipment and tailor the session to your needs. Your Quick Start also includes a group class credit so you can transition into classes when you're ready.
New to You - A Pilates Preview - Already know Pilates but new to our studio? If you have previous Reformer experience, this is an easy way to get to know our studio and teaching style. Try a class, experience our approach and see which of our regular classes feels like the right fit.

What do I wear?
In a class you simply wear comfortable active wear and pilates grip socks.
Is there an age requirment for classes?
All our group classes are for paraticipants 18 years or older. We do however do private training and private group classes for any age group.
I am pregnant. Can I participate in classes?
Our studio allows women less than 3 months pre natal to join our group classes. It is suggested you are familiar with pilates training before you start any group class. We also offer a prenatal private training. Contact us for more information.
I have an injury. Should I participate in group classes?
If you are recovering from an injury and have got the go ahead from your medical provider to start exercising it is highly recommended that you participate in at least one private session with an instructor to ensure you are comfortable on the equipment. This way you will be able to understand how to make any appropriate modifications for your injury before you get started in group classes.
Private training is also great option for those who need or would like more one-to-one training to ensure all their needs are being met in regards to their specific goals.
How do I sign up for group classes?
Once you are ready to sign up for group classes all you need to do is create an account and purhcase the package that is right for your needs. We offer packages in different denominations. You then simply book yourself into the class you would like to participate in.
What if I need to cancel a class?
You can book classes weeks in advance but you MUST CANCEL yourself out of a class more than 24 hours beforehand if you can not make it in order to not lose your class credit.
What is your waitlist policy?
If you are on a waitlist you can cancel out at anytime without penalty. However, if you are on a waitlist you must be prepared to be put into a class up to 2 hours before the class starts as often people cancel at the last minute. It is always best to take yourself off a waitlist if you have decided you can't make a class in order to allow others the opportunity to have the spot.
